Shapeshifting 13 #8 Kickoff

July 2, 2015

Greetings, Gang! Welcome back to Grammar Ghoul Press, home of the one & only Shapeshifting 13 Über Micro Challenge. Since everyghoul seemed to like the double-prompt thing we did last week, let’s do it again this week, shall we? MWAHAHAHA!

That said, are we ready to…

dig the mini-micro-fiction scene with Shapeshifting 13?

But wait! Before we do that, let me remind you not to forget to read the submissions & vote for your favorites in the Mutant 750 Challenge #40. There is awesomeness afoot, for sure! Oh, and one more thing: have you lurked about in the Ghouls Lair lately? If not, what’s the hold-up? Tony has some interesting convos going on over there. Plus, he’s got big plans for the Lair, and you really need to be a part of it.

Okay, so last week for the Shapeshifting 13 Challenge, you were tasked with creating a story or poem using a 39 words. This week, in exactly 52 words, your mission is to craft a story or poem inspired by any tense, definition, or variation of the words:

“Olive” and “Mirror”

Now, in the midst of your creative frenzy, don’t forget to grab the Shapeshifting 13 #8 badge from the right side of the page, and insert it into your post. Have fun!

The grid only lets me vote for one submission, then it says I have zero votes remaining. Earlier, around 9am CT, the grid showed as closed, but, again, only let me vote once.

Sorry about that! There was a problem with the settings in Inlinkz. I’ve adjusted it to 3 votes and extended the voting to Wednesday at 10am ET.

Me too. I only got one vote. New rules?

No, sorry! No new rules. There was a problem with the settings in Inlinkz. You now have 3 votes and I’ve extended the voting to tomorrow morning (Wednesday) at 10am ET.
