We are currently accepting submissions for the Winter 2015 issue of The Ghouls’ Review.
The Ghouls’ Review publishes mainly fiction and poetry. However, we are open to proposals for creative non-fiction, especially topics about writing, language, and publishing. We also accept visual art submissions.
For fiction, we will consider all genres, but we look for pieces that are unique, unusual, quirky, gritty, or dark. And well-written, of course.
Fiction: One piece, 2,500 words maximum.
Micro fiction: Up to three pieces, a maximum of 66 words each.
Poetry: Up to three poems, a maximum of 150 words each (or one longer poem).
Creative non-fiction: Please query with your proposed topic, and include links to writing samples, if possible.
Visual art: Up to five high-resolution files — or links to your online portfolio.
Please email your submissions (or queries) to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Send written submissions in MS Word or PDF format, and make sure your name appears at the top of each file.
Include a short bio (100 words max.), and any links to your blog/website/social media you would like us to include if your work is selected for publication.
Authors and artists retain all rights to their material.
Any written submission accepted for publication may be subject to editing.
